TT-1054 Twin Tank Softener

Application on 3/4" to 1" water line and water hardness of up to 125 grains with proper setting. Brine tank holds 300lbs. of salt. Digital high-efficiency metered valve meets the highest standards to waste less water, use less salts, create less brine and allow a more even effect of softened water at all times up to 12gpm.

Product Specification:
Point of entry or soft water loop water softening which can accomodate four or more people, four or more baths, and water hardness in excess of 100 grains.

Moderate to large household/greater water usage and/or harder water conditions, 10x54 tank holds 1.5 cu. ft. resin, grain capacity of 48,000 or greater depending on setting. Digital metered valve and low profile turbine meter assembly meet the highest standards to waste less water, use less salts, create less brine discharge and allow a more even effect of softened water at all times.

Proper Application:
Installed at a soft-water loop to avoid the cold side of the kitchen sink, wet bar, ice maker/refrigerator connection and hose bibs, the softener strictly softens the water through a process of ionic exchange. There are advantages to softened water; however, the tradeoffs and disadvantages are many. Door-to-door salesmen have provided the general public and even contractors with a skewed, and in most cases, an incorrect portrayal of what softened water is all about.
